Our scenarios were all imagined, designed and personalized so that your loved one thinks that you organized the surprise all by yourself: at no time she/he can work out that you called on the service of a romance expert!

Our scenarios are only available in Paris, usually considered as the most romantic city in the World.

The delay varies according to the scenario but it is, on average, about 4/5 days. For any urgent request, please contact us by e-mail at contact@apoteosurprise.com or by phone at 0033 1 60 54 18 61.

The most important is to be sure that the e-mail address you give when making your order is unknown by your loved one.

The payments must be made by credit card (Visa / Eurocard-Mastercard / Credit card / American-Express / JCB) on the secure payment platform of our partner PAYBOX SERVICES. Exceptionally, we can also accept a payment made by bank transfer.

When you book a scenario, you are redirected to the secure platform of our partner PAYBOX SERVICES, one of the European leaders in securing online payments. All data exchanges are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and your payment is totally secure.

Once the order successfully placed, you will receive two e-mails: a first e-mail sent by PAYBOX SERVICES confirming your credit card payment, and a second e-mail sent by ApoteoSurprise acting as a proof of purchase and summing up all the information of your surprise. For reasons of confidentiality, you will not receive any document by post.

All the ApoteoSurprise scenarios are covered by an insurance by HISCOX for up to 8,500,000 euros (contract No. HA RCP0230415).

For security reasons, we may exceptionally cancel a weather dependent scenario. When a scenario is weather dependent, a specific icon is shown on the right of the scenario description. If the scenario is cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you may freely choose between postponing the surprise at a later date or receiving a partial refund of the scenario amount.
